We currently ship to Cairo and Giza. We will soon expand and ship to all 27 governorates!
Flat rate of EGP 50 for shipping in Cairo and Giza.
Delivery takes 3 to 10 working days depending on your order and your location.
At the moment, the available payment method is "cash on delivery".
Products' Eligibility for Exchanges/Returns
- You have 7 days to request an exchange/return from the date your item is shipped to you.
- We will gladly accept your timely exchange/return of new, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items.
- Kindly note that we cannot return any item with dog hair, smell, stains, or any other signs of use.
- Unfortunately we cannot honor returns or exchanges for any product that has been used or is not in its original new condition
Refund/Charge for Exchanges
For exchanges, the difference of your purchase will be either refunded to you in cash or charged to you, after adding the shipping expenses, depending on whether you go for a more valuable or a less valuable item compared to your initial purchase.

Kindly note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for your exchange/return. The flat rate for shipping is EGP 50 in Cairo and Giza.
